Rinse all surfaces that come in contact with food such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable water before reuse. Prepare a fresh solution daily or more often if use solution becomes diluted or soiled. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. Spray with quick full strokes 6 - 8 inches from surface. For sprayer applications, use a coarse spray device. Wipe dry with a clean cloth or sponge or let air dry.
